Reservations
• Web-based reservations are not guaranteed until verified by phone or email
• Executive service web reservations require a minimum of 24 hours notice
• Stretch limo service with web reservations require 3 day advance notice
• Credit card information will be taken at the time of booking. Card will be charged after the trip is completed. Receipt is emailed to client for client's records.
• If you need service but don't qualify under our policies, please call and we may be able to meet your needs.
• All of our limousines are non-smoking
• Please respect our vehicles. You are only renting time in them. They do not become your vehicle.
Cancellation
• Cancellation of executive sedan requires 4 hours advance notice and must be confirmed by phone or email or full fare applies!
• Cancellation of stretch limousine requires 7 day advance notice or half fare applies!
• Alterations require a minimum of 48 hours notice otherwise we can make no guarantee.
General Disclaimer
Vincent's Limousine Service reserves the right to terminate service at any time for inappropriate behavior such as drug use or possession, under-age possession of alcohol, belligerent behavior or anything that jeopardizes the integrity or safety of our driver or our vehicle.
Alcohol is permitted but state law requires that you furnish your own beverages
